Domestic Shipments

Orders with a premium shipping selection of Priority Mail or FedEx received by 2 p.m. Pacific Time Monday through Friday ship on the same business day via selected method. Flat Rate Ground Economy orders ship within two business days. We offer free shipping via Ground Economy on domestic orders over $75.

All orders ship directly from our fulfillment partner in Las Vegas, NV with ZIP code 89118.

Domestic Shipping Options and Transit Times:

  • Flat Rate Ground Economy – $6.95 – Delivery in 2-7 business days; requires postal address.
  • Free Ground Economy Shipping – Free on orders over $75 – Delivery in 2-10 business days; requires postal address.
  • USPS Priority Mail – Calculated at Checkout – Delivery of 1-3 business days is estimated but not guaranteed; requires postal address.
  • FedEx 2-Day Air – Starting at $13 – Two business days following shipment with delivery by 8 p.m.; requires street address.
  • FedEx Home Delivery – Calculated at Checkout – One to five business days following shipment; requires street address.

We ship Monday through Friday. Any orders placed through the weekend or on a federal holiday will ship on the next business day for expedited options, the second business day for Standard Flat Rate Ground orders, and the third business day for Free Ground Economy shipping selection.

Our Flat Rate Ground Economy orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday within two business days. These travel via OSM Worldwide with final-mile delivery provided by United States Postal Service. This service averages (but does not guarantee) a 2-7 business day delivery window once shipped. We find this estimated turnaround to be accurate although holiday volume and inclement weather can affect delivery times to some areas. ModSocks is not responsible for carrier delays, but we can often help sort out shipping issues. Please contact us for assistance.

All domestic orders over $75 (product total after discounts) qualify for Free Shipping via Ground Economy. Your order will ship within three business days via OSM Worldwide, with final-mile delivery provided by United States Postal Service. 

Customers may upgrade service to USPS Priority Mail or FedEx options for a nominal charge, calculated at checkout by order size and destination. These shipping selections will result in your order being processed and shipped same-day if received by 2 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Priority Mail and FedEx services include insurance coverage up to $100 at no additional charge.

International Shipments

ModSocks does not ship retail orders to international locations at this time.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Please carefully enter your delivery address appropriate for the chosen method (including apartment or suite number) and verify information at checkout. Packages that are returned to us for incorrect or insufficient addresses will be refunded, minus shipping charges or our actual shipping cost (whichever is greater). Orders returned due to customer refusal will be refunded minus ALL original and return shipping costs, as well as any return fees imposed by the carrier.

Return Shipping

ModSocks offers free returns for retail customers within the United States and US territories. To initiate your return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and return/exchange request after referring to our Return Policy.

Wholesale Shipping

ModSocks wholesale orders process and ship within two business days to domestic retail partners and within three business days to international locations. Shipping methods include FedEx Ground, as well as USPS Ground Economy and USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped with DAP terms via USPS Priority Mail International, FedEx, or UPS. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and local carrier transfer fees. International customers will receive a rate quote for approval and payment prior to order shipment. Both domestic and international wholesale customers may request shipping on their own UPS or FedEx accounts with prior approval. Please contact us for help with receiver account setup.
