Refund and Returns Policy

ModSocks accepts returns and exchanges on retail orders within 60 days of delivery. Socks that have been worn or removed from their packaging may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

Please contact us with your order number to initiate return or exchange. You may call, email, or simply reply to a transactional email (such as your order confirmation) to reach us.

Enjoy free return shipping on all U.S. orders.

Every online order shipped within the United States or to its territories and overseas military addresses qualifies for free return shipping (limit one return label per order). When you contact us to initiate a return we will email you a prepaid return label to print and affix to a reused mailer or other suitable packaging. We will issue a refund within 7 days of receiving your return. Additional items sent to you for exchange will incur a nominal shipping fee.

Defective or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the problem you encountered. We’ll make it right for you with minimal hassle.
